This is to inform you that as per regular feature, the meeting of the National Planning Committee is finalized to be held at the Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Headquarters, Lakshmi Mazumdar Bhawan, 16, M.G.Marg, I.P.Estate, New Delhi on 01.03.2013 at 2.30 P.M.

Notice of the meeting was already circulated vide this office letter No. BSG/NHQ/D-3-4/3003/2012 dated 28.12.2012 by Post and Email to the respective State Associations.

As per Rule No.26 (1) of the Rules Book of the Bharat Scouts & Guides, the State Chief Commissioner is the Chairpersons of the State planning Committee and an ex-officio member of the National Planning Committee.

You are therefore, requested to kindly make it convenient to attend the meeting as scheduled.
